Jocelyn Bonney

Jocelyn Bonney comes to Podium Coaching Group with experience as a professional triathlete , multiple time NCAA National Champion, Junior High Performance Team coach, and Division One NCAA coach.

Jocelyn grew up in the USAT High Performance Olympic Development program racing internationally while in high school and college. Post professional career, she was recruited to join the USA Paratriathlon Resident Team racing internationally and living at the USOPTC as a Visually Impaired Guide. She then turned her professional sights to coaching with a continual mentorship from USAT and USOPC coach of the year, Wes Johnson.

Jocelyn served as the Balanced Art Multisport Junior High Performance Team Head Coach for the 2022 and 2023 seasons, coaching multiple athletes to their first International World Triathlon starts and top 5 finishes in the US Junior High Performance Series. She also coached four athletes (two men and two women) to qualify for their elite / professional licenses in the 2023 season. Jocelyn currently serves as the Assistant Coach for Women’s Triathlon at the The University of Arizona.
